Appointments You can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• To cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, deposit will be forfeit.

Deposit Payments

• We may require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
• Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• Collected deposits may be non refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment.

LATE POLICY

CUSTOMER WILL BE GIVEN A GRACE PERIOD OF 15 MINUTES TO SHOW FOR APPOINTMENT, AFTER THE 15 MINUTES IS UP CUSTOMER MAY BE RESCHEDULED. DEPOSIY WILL BE APPLIED TO RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. IF APPOINTMENT IS NOT RESCHEDULED DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFIETED
